Everything about the stay was fabulous from start to finish. Front desk, B'anna and assistant GM Alyssa, were exceptional - beyond helpful in answering questions and making sure our stay was wonderful. Beautiful location!

"Well kept hotel"

The room and interior and exterior of the hotel was very well kept. All the staff were awesome! The food is tasty too. We were disappointed at how early the tiki bar closed and there was supposed to be a tiki party on Thursday but it didn’t happen. It is pet friendly and there were a lot of children. If you are looking for adult pool or spa time, this probably isn’t the hotel for you. We heard a couple complain about kids taking over the spa. Can’t please everybody I guess! Overall, we were happy with our accommodations!!

Pretty much everything was really good, clean room, nice staff, overall pleased

I prefer a softer bed, it was firm, but very clean just like the room
