O Hotel no geral parece ser excelente. Mas algumas áreas em obra atrapalharam a experiência como um todo. Acho que todos que passaram por isso deveriam ganhar um bom desconto nas próximas diárias para aproveitar uma experiência mais completa!

The pool and the jacuzzi and the quick access to the beach, that was a bonus.

I had to pay for parking on there grounds that is a rip off. You enough for the room then you turn around to pay 18.00 for a night of parking. RIP OFF!!!

The hotel did not advertise that renovations were taking place, which meant we were unable to use key amenities such as the hot tub, pool, and tiki bar. Upon arrival, workers were actively drilling into the floor, creating an extremely loud environment. The noise was so overwhelming that no one could hear anything, and there was no staff present at the front desk when we arrived. My family and I had to wait outside due to the noise level. When the front desk clerk eventually noticed us, she attempted to check me in but could not hear anything I was saying. I had to use my fingers to provide my phone number because verbal communication was impossible. The drilling also aggravated my PTSD from military deployments, forcing me to remain in my room for a period of time to calm my nerves. Later that evening, we visited the bar downstairs, where a bartender (Mac, Zac or marc) suggested I email you but also mentioned that the hotel prioritized revenue over guest experience. This comment, combined with the overall situation, left us feeling extremely disappointed and dismissed. My wife, son, and I did not have a good stay, and we were unable to cancel on-site due to the non‑refundable policy. The staff was excellent! Room was clean and I loved the view from our room.
