"Beautiful oceanfront hotel!"

We had a room on the 5th floor overlooking the beach. We had THE MOST amazing view of the sunrise! The front desk staff were friendly and hospitable. The hotel has an outdoor shower/foot washing station to clean off after a day at the beach as well. The only drawbacks are that the parking lot is small (additional parking is available across the street at the Fairfield) and there weren’t any luggage carts available when we checked in. The hotel is also undergoing renovations, but the construction noise didn’t start until 8 am so it didn’t bother us. This hotel will be on our list to stay again the next time we return to the area!

"Dirty and smelly."

Hotel had a great location and the staff was great. But the hotel is undergoing a renovation and parts were off limits and dusty. The pool was green and looked dirty. The biggest issue was the room smelled of stinky wet dog, no acreen on sliding door to air out the room, the door and floors were filthy and in need to a good scrub, the ceiling was stained and the interior carpet was dirty and smelly. Not worth the money!!!!!

Amazing beach view from 6th floor, clean and very spacious room. Great bathroom and cleanliness of daily service was excellent. Nice bar selection of drinks and food. Pool clean reception staff helpful

"Not a fan"

When your jacuzzi is broken, please put a sign or mention it. Something. Sucks booking a placed based on their amenities and they don’t have the decency to tell you or put a sign. The jets work but the heating element is broken so it was really disappointing to come back from the ocean looking forward to what looked like a jacuzzi but standing there wondering why it wouldn’t get hot. Be transparent especially when we cannot cancel without penalty once we get all the way here.
