Lo MEJOR de mi estadía fue estar para el momento del atardecer en el restaurante El Mirador, mientras disfrutaba de cocteles y algo de comer! Fue hermoso! Lo repetiría 1000 veces!! También: Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la comida rica (tanto en el desayuno, como en el restaurante Jaguar para la cena y en el Restaurante el Mirador). El personal, en todo momento fueron muy amables. La habitación linda, cómoda y espaciosa.

Lo único, es que sería bonito y útil que el mini bar en la piscina cerrara un poco más tarde, en mi caso llegué en la tarde entonces no pude hacer uso de.

Lovely view and lots to do on the property! Mirador restaurant is a must - be sure to make it before sunset! Staff is very friendly and helpful!

The route is a combination of paved and unpaved, and often uphill - give yourself time and have a proper vehicle. When very hot, advisible to get a mountain room (option with AC) if you can! Area gets extremely hot and not all rooms have AC.

C’est un très grand espace ou l’hôtel est implanté tout est bien conçu pour y passer des très bons moments en famille tyroliennes ,toboggan aquatique ,cheval,source chaude ,cascade .Avec un coup supplémentaire de 120$ par personne . Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir

Location and activities were good. Atmosphere is beautiful.

Food wasn't great and the water was always warm from the water coolers. They should provide bottles water. The amount of walking would be difficult for older people or those with disabilities.

The resort is big and offers many activities for extra fees. The hot springs with the tractor ride were the highlight of the stay for our our family. We enjoyed our dinner in restaurant Jaguar. Fauna is very interesting here. Some of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The room was dark and has no air conditioning which made our stay crazy hot and humid in April. Many guests just stayed outside on the porch. The swimming pools looked crowded - we didn't use them but there were big groups of teens on both days. We got bitten by a lot of insects, so be prepared. The reception desk was understaffed and there were longer waiting times.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!

Very good value for money. Perfect for families. One note: some weird bug/ black small dot shape bug bite us all. We all came back with allergic reaction. Use tones of repelent.
