Red Roof Inn PLUS Woodbridge - Carteret

Beaucoup de bruit concernant les appareils de chauffage. Nous avons demandé à débrancher le nôtre pensant que le bruit venait de nôtre appareil mais non le bruit venait d'un moteur à l'extérieur. Très mal isolé quand on donne sur le boulevard.

El personal déspota, pésima atención por no hablar inglés, un día uno de los recepcionistas con otro nos tildaron de locos, yo no hablo pero entiendo ingles, dos días para que nos hicieran aseo, a cualquier pregunta respondían NO SPANISH, y lo peor de todo los recepcionistas fumando marihuana a la entrada del hotel y todo el hotel apestaba a eso. En general pésimo pésimo, cucarachas en el horno y olor a humedad terrible. Nunca lo recomendaría

When I made the hotel reservation, I indicated the arrival time of 9 p.m. When I came to the hotel with my small sleeping children, they didn't give me a room. They said that I had a cancellation of my reservation for some reason. I showed the email that the reservation was confirmed, but I didn't put it in the room. I stayed outside at night with small children. And most importantly, I was charged for a night at this hotel. I was shocked and stressed.

The room was spacious and clean!

We were there at check in time but kept getting excuses that they did not have a room ready. They took two hours to finally assign us a room. They were very rude at the front desk. They were not busy with customers and there were few cars in the parking lot however we kept running into people that acted like it was an apartment building not a hotel. One lady with two grocery bags tried to get me to open the door w ith my key and was not happy when I told her to go to the front deck. Security in this situation was non existent. Also they put my $50 pet deposit through twice but only returned one $50. There was absolutely no damage to the room. We highly recommend not ever staying at this RedRoof Inn. There are others along the I95 highway. We usually stay at RedRoof with delightful service but not at this one!
