They showed us this hotel in pic and they have same name hotel on side and the rooms are like prison. Bed are not comfortable rooms are smelly If u r looking for girls that area is good.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed 1. Staff is pretty rude 2. They will charge you more then 2000 Bhat if you got even a tiny stains on bed sheet or towel 3. They will charge you if you ask for extra towel 4. AC cannot be controlled 5. Run out of hot water

Because the staff is pretty rude they don’t know how to behave specifically the security guard is extremely rude. They are looters they charged 1700 Bhat for a small stain on bed sheet

Only for indians not thai or any one else not family hoteo, only one lift restaurant staff very rude as in you order have way though your meal they give u the bill and stand there waiting for you to pay as in say thats it pay now i have had that in any hotel, no hot water in room i will never stay here again i give it 0.1 star when i check out i never got asked was everything ok with your stay as in they know there service is very bad so why ask

I spend in Nova Platinum Hotel 2 months every year since 2011 ( this is my 21st visit, altogether around 630 days). I claim with deep conviction and satisfaction that Nova Platinum Hotel remains the best Hotel in Pattaya (before I had visited some other Hotel, so I can compare). I'd like to underline very important highlghts of this Hotel: moderate prices and at the same time high living standarts, comfortable clean rooms, unbelievable great location (very quiet area and at the same time 8 minute walking distance from famous Walking Street), very good restaurant and exotic swimming pools. Very important is that highly qualified and friendly people work here: charming ladies at the reception and others ready to help you to solve any problem immediatelly and any time day or night. Many kind words deserves highly professional Administration of the Hotel providing that you enjoy life here. I think that you will hardly find any other hotel in Pattaya with full combination of such advantages. This year I have remarkable event for me :my son has come to Pattaya and of course he stays in Nova Platinum Hotel in separate room. He is 34 with significant travelling experience. Like me he is in comlete delight of the Hotel. Expressing my deep gratitude to the Administration and all staff of the Hotel, I say again that Nova Platinum Hotel really became second home to me and I will be devoted only to this Hotel during my next visits to Pattaya. Do not go by picture of hotel. The hotel has 3 building. One building is just adjacent of road . That is old and smelly building. The bathroom are in very poor condition. If you can afford a few more bucks and are with family,do avoid this hotel . Breakfast option are very less. While checking in please ensure your towels and bedsheet are spotless. Because when you check out they will come with spotted towels and bedsheet and ask for 200-800 bhat fine .it is 4 Star only on website.

They didnt clean the room well. Plus the noises in the hotel, the receiption ladies are not smiling for the guest.
