Was not happy that the A/C wasn't working and that the room was dirty and didn't feel / look sanitary. Would not rebook.

I had an absolutely amazing time at nova platinum. The rooms were nice spacious and spotless, with nice decor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Most important.... Very 𝕲𝖔𝖔𝖉 and 𝖋𝖗𝖎𝖊𝖓𝖉𝖑𝖞 and 𝖕𝖔𝖑𝖎𝖙𝖊 front office staff. Especially the front office manager 𝕸𝖗. 𝕾𝖆𝖐𝖉𝖆 a kind human with good hospitality. Nova is a beautiful hotel with many recreation facilities. Stay once and feel the peace.

GreatHotel if single&wantWalking Street&OKwIndians. I rate only their executive wing only. They have some other buildings that i would not recommend. I love this place. Not for families or kids younger than 21 due to Walking Street and that entertainment venue. It is 99.9% Indian guests and they are nice and respectful. The hotel staff and building ( executive wing only!) is great. They did some nice updates. 10/10 rating:)!

Hotel is well managed and pools are very clean. This is very close to walking street and too close to local market, also nearby to Pattaya beach. We enjoyed our stay here and my kids were very happy with pool rides. Good Indian food options during breakfast and a lot of Indian restaurants close to this hotel. This centre for shopping food and beach view.

Good location walking dustance to night life and walking street

this hotel has great location it is near to Walking street and beach and you can go all mall with Toktok easily . cleanliness of the hotel is good and it has nice yard . But most of the passengers are Indian and if you don't like them and their behavior it is better change hotel.
