Nova Platinum Hotel

The property was at a good location with walking distance to walking street. Also it have several indian restaurants located near it so that one can dine it there.

the staff was well trained and friendly

there was lots of cockroach into the room which was roaming on the bed during night. the bathroom drain was blocked. the water bottle quality was not good.

First time I visited Nova Platinum Hotel in 2011 (before I had been to some other Pattaya Hotels, so I can compare). Since then I've been staying only at Nova Platinum Hotel - 2 times every year, 30 days each time enjoying really happy life and not even thinking of any other Hotel. In my previous reviews I mentioned advantages that Nova Platinum Hotel has: moderate prices and at the same time very high quality living standards, comfortable clean rooms, great Location (very quiet area and at the same time 8 minute walking distance from famous Walking street), exotic swmming pools, very good restaurant. Very important is that the Administration of the hotel makes good modifications. For example when I came into my room this year I saw significant renovations of the bathroom. I'm convinced, that you can hardly find any other hotel in Pattaya with full combination of such advantages. And of course many kind words deserves high professional qualified administration, beautiful ladies at the reception, cleaning ladies and other staff, ready to help you any time day or night. In conclusion I want to say that after spending here 665 days altogether here Nova Platinum Hotel became second home for me and I'm determined to come back here next year in my nearest vacation. Great hotel for Walking Street fun. Not for families or kids under 18. Great service, staff and restaurant

This is Sha+ hotel we can recommend to stay. morning buffet was good and we can use the pool also. rooms are very clean and we can explore the walking street near by in the night and hotel does not offer Towel we have to bring our own towel ( other wise we have to pay for the towels ) and room floor was sticky we got. we have to wear sleepers inside the room also
