Nova Platinum Hotel

All along the globe, the stress free country is named Thailand. Along Thailand the stress free city is pattaya. All over Pattaya city, the only stress free place is Hotel Nova platinum. Nova platinum... Just remember this name for the best stay in pattaya. Stepping through the lobby I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious... and very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were great, The staff were welcoming and helpful, The staff were attentive and courteous, and The receptionist was very helpful. All among this one 𝕸𝖗. 𝕾𝖆𝖐𝖉𝖆 (FOM) is ready to help the guest on the spot with spotless. Cleanliness 👍🏻The rooms were clean and bright, The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel was close to major attractions. Important : I'm speechless about the complementary breakfast. Gratitude to the hotel management for least bothering about the vast expenses for preparing such a wonderful and delicious item's to cook and serve. Royal salute to the kitchen employees. Remarkable place to stay. Khawp khun kha / khrap. 🙏🏻

Has changed a lot in 10 years since last stayed there is mostly people from India there now so nothing against them but to much of anything not good for me.Will not stay there again.Thank You

What I loved about this hotel was how friendly and efficient the staff were, got a nicer room than what I booked which was welcome. The room itself was pleasant and had everything I could need. The hotel itself caters very much for the Indian guest as such breakfast is largely curries however, there are regular options available but, mind the baked beans they have spices in them. What I disliked was there was a lot of groups of males hanging around the entrance some of whom were rude to the staff.
