Please be informed that Nova Platinum will undergo general maintenance from 6–8 April 2026. The Location is very nice. Facilities are 3 star category Little bit rigid hotel people rather being more friendly to the customers. Reception area was so much gaudy... lesser place to accommodate if more people on the same time... Let hear first them ... All new that majority foreign peoples ( Majorly Indians ) So, Need to be more soft and expert persons on the reception area for any help. Rest food was good as far as vegetarian food was concerned. They tried to provide Thepla like items, Khaman etc.
