The pool landscape are under renovation. The renovation work is taking place from 10 A.M. to 09.00 P.M. since 1 March 2025 until 9 April 2025 daily. The pool still available. Please noted that the renovation may be affected by noise. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. Please be informed that Nova Platinum will undergo general maintenance from 6–8 April 2026. During this period, there will be no hot water available in the Executive Wing, affecting the following room types: Grand Deluxe King, Grand Deluxe Twin, and Grand Deluxe Terrace. The location of Nova Platinum is very good .So many Indian food restaurants are nearby the hotels.Walking Street is just at 5 minutes walking distance from hotel.The rooms given to us are backside of hotel.The AC is not working well of most of the rooms.We request at reception to fix this problem. They send technician but problem not solve.We use same rooms for three days.Lot of inconvenience. May be AC installed are old and not properly work.Please clear this before booking

location service and just a pleasant stay overall stayed there almost after 15years and it still meets the expectation

the ac in the first roomn was not working so had to change room once had expected some sort of conpensation would be offered for the hastle bother than that all was good
