The pool landscape are under renovation. The renovation work is taking place from 10 A.M. to 09.00 P.M. since 1 March 2025 until 9 April 2025 daily. The pool still available. Please noted that the renovation may be affected by noise. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. Please be informed that Nova Platinum will undergo general maintenance from 6–8 April 2026. During this period, there will be no hot water available in the Executive Wing, affecting the following room types: Grand Deluxe King, Grand Deluxe Twin, and Grand Deluxe Terrace. The location is good, offering easy walkable access to the nearby places.

The entire stay was marred by significant noise pollution. The hotel is overly crowded, and the loud street noise at night was particularly disruptive, making it impossible to sleep soundly. Interior soundproofing is also poor, as voices from the walk bay/lift lobby were clearly audible.
