"Very nice all around"

This place is centrally located to Chicago and the area has great shopping and food options. It is clean and the staff are great, especially Jay. We had a major check in issue due to a third party error. He stayed calm and was able to resolve the issue quickly. Hire more like Jay and you all will have an excellent staff.

Great service easy check in with TJ on 3rd shift. Will be staying here again. Cleaned sheets soft beds. Quiet area get plenty of rest.
