"Best hotel in Sterling!"

We loved loved our stay! It was so nice, clean, comfortable that we actually thought about staying an extra evening! The gentleman at the from Ibraham gave us excellent customer service!

"A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!!"

My stay was amazing. Stayed 6 nights with my Wife. So peaceful and staff was super nice! Had everything we needed. Kitchen, microwave, FREE laundry, cable tv and parking. Couldn't have asked for anything more! Literally 1 minute drive to Sam's club and Walmart (located in back on the hotel) We purchased plenty of food to cook for a stay. We took trips out to DC and other parts of Virginia. All in all, we had a blast. Thank you for such an amazing stay. We will definitely be back again!

"we got some heat"

We checked in late, around 10pm. after we got to our room, we found our thermostat didn't work and the room was cold. We called the desk and eventually we were given a different room which was an upgrade. My husband was sick with a bad cold so it was important to have some heat in the room. the night manager was very helpful, but it was difficult for him to help right away as he was alone and busy checking others in.

"Credit card mayhem"

The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. However, they ended up charging my husband's credit card (we paid with this upon arrival but is not linked to my hotels.com account) for a 3 night stay for which we did not book or ask for. There were two separate charges which were not small amounts. We ended up getting it resolved and refunded a few days later but I was really shocked that this type of mistake was made. They also tried to pin in on hotels.com, however it was entirely on their staff. I'm not sure we will return in concern that this will happen again.
