Room service has to be taken care fo guests with every room since these rooms have kitchen we should have the trash moved out daily basis ... Overall am satisfied with this hotel n services but these things bothered me .. since we came with infant ( a new born ) we expected the sheets changed .. but was told they would do after guest leaves n room cleaned every week once a week ..that was not right

Nobody was at the front desk when I arrived at 10:30 p.m. Waited about 5 minutes for the person to show up after calling. Lobby was tiny and unwelcoming. Everything else was fine.

I had booked a room Sunday thru Friday. Thursday, Work ask me to stay another week. I went the front desk asked to book my current room through the weekend until the following. I went home for the weekend leaving items in my room for my return. I show up Sunday afternoon to find my key didn't work. I inquired at the desk and was informed that someone else was in the room and my stuff was thrown out. Never Again!

The room was the doable person room. The A/C wasn’t up to par. A truck warming its engine just outside the window was spewing exhaust into the room via the A/C intake. There was another portable A\C in the bedroom. I felt the place was old.
