Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. Hotel com ótima estrutura e limpeza

Não gostamos da comida oferecida pelo hotel, pratos mal feitos e com péssima apresentação, tivemos que pedir pra refazer. No rodízio de pizzas, serviram pizzas requentadas, garçom atendeu muito mal.. No café da manhã poucas opções de pães e bolos, poucas opções de tapioca, faltava côco, faltava iogurte, muitos itens tinha que pedir para os funcionários irem buscar. O salão onde era servido o café ficava muito lotado. Hotel com muitos eventos e convenções. Na área das piscinas, tem bastante piscina, mas todas com águas muito geladas. No geral não gostamos.

No geral, muito bom! Equipe extremamente atenciosa e legal! Nem tudo foi perfeito! No último dia tive que solicitar a limpeza do quarto pois não foi feita (ainda iria dormir aquela noite). No café da manhã, foi um pouco confuso porque havia um evento acontecendo ao mesmo tempo e atrapalhou a equipe e a qualidade da experiência! Mas foram coisas pontuais, no geral, experiência bem boa! Retornaria!
