Property Notes

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.

"Uma semana espetacular!!"

Suíte muito bonita e confortável, a vista para o mar é maravilhosa. Limpeza muito boa, estrutura excelente. O atendimento de todos os funcionários é cordial e são muito prestativos, sempre com sorriso. A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, piscinas lindas e limpas (tem uma mais agitada e uma bem tranquila), piscina aquecida e infantil, recreação para crianças e adultos, pe na areia e com serviço de praia e estrutura na areia. A Localização é muito boa, mas exige carro ou Uber/táxi para locomoção (10 minutos de carro do centro de Ponta Negra). Os restaurantes são excelentes, com opções a la carte e buffet, comida saborosa, pratos bem desenvolvidos e atendimento maravilhoso. Um grande diferencial do hotel é a flexibilidade de poder escolher os pacotes que cabem no bolso, ou seja, somente café da manhã, meia pensão, pensão completa ou all inclusive. É um hotel para retornar!!

"I might be back there someday."

The room is excellent. It exceed my expectations. Comfortable bed. Fantastic view. You get to sleep at the sound of the waves. Good breakfast, the cook ("Japão") is very chearful. The concierge (Stephanie) offered a late check-out free of charge.

I was there during a holiday. Small parking, considering the number of rooms. Check-in was really crowded, tags to access the room didnt worked at first and beds were wrong size. You can't actually swin at the beach in front of the resort. Thus, the pools get full.
