noisy in the middle of night with Arabic music, bad isolation from neighbours. breakfast was too simple.

Hotel in a street patrolled by prostitutes even in the morning.

Everything fine.Basic room,clean and decent breakfast

terrible areas and dirty room , broken shower room and carpet was so dirty and bad smells.

Nice hotel for the low price with all facilities and near to train station

Disappointed we were!!!! No cutlery no crockery, wifi disconnects every time you come off net, needs major decorating, bathroom smelt of urine, no free parking, rough neighbourhood beds are rock hard

This hotel is within easy walking distance from the main railway station with another U-bahn station fairly close by. Hamburg city center was just the other side of the main railway station. There are various restaurants close by although the ones closest to the hotel are kebab houses and you have to go a little further (opposite the main railway station for typical german food. When walking from the hotel to the main railway station you pass a number of sex shops but this is not a red light district. The hotel was clean but the decor was tired and a little more attention to detail was needed. However, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast reasonable. We had a hire car for part of our stay and the hotel car park was in a private underground multistorey just round the corner where the hotel had been allocated about 5 spaces. We were given a key to the garage door and the car was therefore safe.

Room was functional and clean. Fine if, like us, you just need a place to sleep and wash, but not so good if you intend to spend any time in the room. It's an older building, but well maintained and clean, on a busy street in a predominantly Turkish neighbourhood. Lots of shops and greengrocers and restaurants. Overall, not bad, but not luxurious either.

Location near to central station, so good, but the area the hotel was situated in wasn't what we had expected. Lift to rooms was located on first floor so you had to carry your luggage up a steep set of stairs, so wouldn't be suitable for elderly travellers. Rooms are small and in need of updating. Probably would be okay for backpackers if rooms were cheaper.

On very busy and noisy road that went 24hrs of traffic, people and banging. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Room a bit tatty and stained though bed was very comfortable.
