"Disappointed"

Waited 20 minutes to check-in. They stated it was an issue with booking com, person at the desk had to contact the manager to override the check in process. Finally after checking in, we found out the hot tub was out of service, which is one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Placed us in a room with 3 flag poles outside. It was windy all night and the ropes and metal pulled were banging against the metal flag poles all night.

"Good option"

Good space, location was perfect for what we needed; Staff were very friendly; it snowed overnight and sidewalks and hotel lot cleared very quickly

Breakfast was bad, poor selection and what was available didn’t tasty great; pool was super but very cold (the maintenance staff said they had to top it up so this probably isn’t a common complaint)

"Decent hotel"

Very reasonable rate. Location top notch. Checkin and checkout easy. All around a very decent hotel.

Only thing we didn't really like about it was the room felt a little dated and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Itchy stained sheets, pillows not much support. We could also clearly hear every conversation in the hallway. For the price, it was a great deal but not the number one hotel in the area for sure.
