The hotel was located in a safe area and easy to navigate to.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The staff at the reception desk upon arrival were not at all friendly towards customers. One in particular was quite rude.

Location

We didn’t have a key the whole time we were there. We had to wait for someone to let us into our room anytime we left. We didn’t know the hot tub was broken and we were really looking forward to that.
