"Superb"

The building's administration and conservation system is very good.

The phone service after my stay was far below expectations. A $60.00 debit was made to my bank account, which was supposed to be for extras. The amount hasn't been refunded yet. I tried calling a different number, but the call dropped several times. I finally got another number, and the operator opened a case. Today, after five days, I still haven't received the credit.

"Exactly what you need to handle your business."

The staff was super friendly and made every reasonable request a happy interaction.

The hot breakfast was pretty terrible. Microwaved eggs and sausage links just didn't look appealing. Maybe add a waffle or pancakes maker and and oatmeal pot for a nice warm meal in the morning. Everything else was great 10/10 for service and cleanliness.

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Not many options. Heard a dog barking and whining in the room beside us. Pool area was nice. Rooms were ok. Bed very bouncy and could feel every move.

This hotel was just okay. It was an extremely small room. We booked a large suite, the largest one available, however the amenities of this large suite were squished into a regular sized room. There wasn’t enough room to turn around in the bathroom area, no counter space at all. The hotel is older now and showing its age. For a Marriott, we thought it would have been better kept. It needs a good deep cleaning. The pool area is beautiful, but again the pool itself was needing to be cleaned. The staff was great, they were kind and helpful. All in all, disappointed and probably won’t stay again. The suite was so small and cramped, it did not provide the space that was needed.
