We loved the pool and hit tub, as well as the breakfast and how easy everything was to find! The staff was super helpful and friendly, and we just had an overall great stay! The hotel was also conveniently placed close to a lot of the different things we wanted to go do!

The room was pretty small but that makes since when you consider that we also had a couch and a full size desk in the room as well.

The front desk lady and the breakfast lady attendant are both an asset to your hotel . They are very pleasant and make you feel welcome . They are very helpful and are the bright shiny stars of your OLD and BADLY MAINTAINED MOTEL The hotel is ancient, the rooms are old, smell bad and dirty . They need renovation yesterday. The breakfast food is disgusting and inedible. The breakfast lady in charge of the breakfast set up is not to be blamed for the quality of the food . She personally cares about the set up and maintenance of the breakfast buffet . She keeps it spotless. She has a wonderful personality and she is very professional and takes pride in her work . Serving powder scrambled eggs , plastic bag hard boiled eggs, frozen juices and synthetic bacon with bleached sliced white bread and bagels are a disgraceful

I like staying here because of the price, location and friendly staff. The outdoor pool and spa are also very nice. However the TVs in the rooms are so outdated they're barely worth watching.

Our suite only had 1 bathroom for the entire suite. It was hard with 6 people. It was very clean but service was slow, maybe they were under staffed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was pretty good and great breakfast hours. They deactivated our keys 1 hr before our checkout which we had to go too the office to get it activated again. Consequently the cleaning staff entered our room without knocking before we checked out. Overall we liked it there and we recommend it, but there is definitely room for improvement

I didn't mind the outdated rooms so much. That was fine. What threw me was the poor breakfast. I'm hesitant to say anything at all because I don't want the breakfast lady getting fired. None of it was her fault. It's just a poor breakfast. It's a tight room. If there are more than 4 or 5 people, you will be bumping into one another. So where do they put the one toaster that they have? Yes - in the corner where everybody is trying to get to. The lack of common sense is too much to bear. I saw yogurt, but I was looking for hard-boiled eggs and didn't see any. They had the fake, scrambled-powdered eggs which I will not eat if you paid me. And they had the microwaved bacon which is just so-so...kind of like a cross between cardboard and bacon. I was kind of looking forward to a piece of toasted white bread and some butter. Lo and behold - the bread seemed "wet" and cool to the touch. I think this place actually freezes bread, and then uses the bread as needed. It bothers me that a major chain FINDS THE NEED to FREEZE BREAD rather than just buy fresh bread for the customers. I tried to toast it anyway, but when I went to butter it, it seemed to crumple to the touch. This hotel needs updating, as does the breakfast room, and the breakfast "menu" needs to be completely thought out again. Something of an upgrade is in order. I would probably not stay here again, and try a different hotel in the same area.

Breakfast was great, the pool area was really nice and room was clean!

Our room was very small. With the sofa bed being used it made the room very tight and the kitchen area was a lot smaller than expected.
