La Quinta by Wyndham Eastland

Everything from breakfast to cleanliness was average. Carpet looked dirty. Chair needed repair. Check in and out was efficient and friendly.

Friendly staff

The room was extremely disgusting mold all on the ceiling of the bathroom, toilet would stop flushing, carpet had an ungodly amount of stains, and the walls were damaged and stained as well. Half the lamps in the room didn’t work and AC unit was disgusting

The front desk staff was great. Very friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We will be coming back again and will stay here.

Pleasant staff check in/out. Room very clean and comfortable. A/C wonderful, as well as WiFi. Breakfast good, typical fare and plentiful. Easy access from I20W. Price reasonable.

The room could have used a good vacuuming , bathroom sink was dirty

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We will for sure never stay there again. We stay in La Quintas frequently because we travel with a dog - they charge for dogs now so it’s no great perk anymore to stay there! The problems were numerous. I have been in communication with La Quinta for the last week in an attempt to have my stay refunded but have only received the run around - assigning me “case numbers 4 different times, etc.. I suspect there is a lot of AI involved. The room was basically uninhabitable - we did attempt to sleep there and got out as quickly as possible. There was a sofa bed in the room - they had a sign in the room saying it was broken - that was not a problem as we did not need to sleep on it but would like to have used it to sit on. Not possible - when you sat down you fell in. So we ate our pizza standing up. On every surface in the room - and I do mean every surface there was film as it it had been wiped with a dirty rag and left to dry. The bed was half made . I suspect that sheets had not been changed. There was filth on the walls. The white towels were a dingy shade of gray. The A/C thermostats had to be controlled on the wall AND the unit. To sum it up, it was the worst and La Quinta corporate doesn’t care. I assume it will continue to be in this state and I am writing this to warn others.

Nothing. I tried cancelling

Forty, towels had stains. What looked like a bloody loogy on the bathroom floor. Hair in the tub. Dead bug chilling by the living room tv. For a king suite is was absolutely horrendous and way too over priced.
