Amarpreet, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar - AM Hotel Kollection

The room was spacious, good wifi, overlooking outdoor restaurant. Food in restaurant was excellent, the staff were dutiful, and accommodated all our needs. This was a budget hotel which did not disappoint, and was comfortable.

We were disappointed that the swimming pool was out of action, not announced before arrival. Otherwise acceptable

Very kind and professional staff and many of them with various duties. Place is well maintained and very clean. Great atmosphere and excellent food.

Busy street but that is typical in downtown area. Shower was cold.then warm then cold.

Room was very quiet even though it was a busy road.

La camera era confortevole, profumata e silenziosa. Ho sempre fatto colazione e cena in hotel e sono semlre state buone.

Avevo prenotato l'hotel per la sua piscina e il giardino in modo da concludere le giornate di visita alle grotte in relax ma ho scoperto solo una volta arrivata in hotel che la piscina era fuori uso. Solo la terza sera mi hanno dato il vero menu' completo del ristorante mentre le per le prime due mk hanno dato una lista di una decina di piatti in totale. Non ho capito la ragione (la cena era inclusa nella tariffa della camera)

We had booked a deluxe suite which has a bathtub and other amenities. The bath tub had a super slow tap so we had to change the room. It started off with the lunch at the restaurant. The food is very mediocre but they are charging a bomb like they make aloo tikki and they that is Hara bhara kebab. They was nothing in it other than aloo. Very slack attitude of managers and stewards. Everything has to be asked for thrice then you would get it. We had asked for plates and opener since we were eating in the room. It took them 45 minutes and after 4 calls we got it. I can't wrap my head around that. The TV channels were not working. Had to call thrice to get that fixed. On the whole I won't say it's a bad experience but you have to get everything fixed like it's your problem. That is not what we sign up for on vacations. When you know that they will much crowd during holidays, you as a hotel need to prep up and check if everything is working fine. I don't think we would prefer booking again this Hotel.

Room size was nice. Behaviour of staff was good.

No towels kept in the washrooms. Open unsealed water bottles in room. Booking data seemed compromised as I was getting fraud phishing messages of the booking.. The hotel didn’t send my bill through email even after 2 days are over…

Size of the room and large size window and of course courteousness of staff

Room was not adequately furnished and not provided with some of the essentials like hand towel, study chair,toiletries like moisturisers,comb and also there was not any laundry bag and shoe shine foam or paper. The WiFi was not working consistently.
