I had an utterly deplorable stay from January 24-25, 2026, that exposed this hotel as a complete rip-off masquerading as a 4-star property. • Check-in Nightmare: Advertised 2 PM check-in. We arrived at 10 AM, left our bags, and returned at 3 PM. Promised a 10-minute wait turned into 30+ minutes of frustration. They handed me keys to someone else’s “special booking” room, which wasn’t even ready. The receptionist finally escorted me to yet another room on a different floor. • Broken AC and Deaf Ears: The AC didn’t work. Multiple complaints ignored until 5 PM, when I demanded action. They shoved me into a smaller, pathetic room with a functioning AC – despite paying premium for an executive room. No refund, no apology, no compensation. This waste of money offers zero value. Skip it for any OYO or budget spot – you’ll get better service and sleep. Steer clear!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Basis, und für Indische verhältnisse relativ sauber. Für Europäische vorstellungen aber unmöglich. Am dunklen Zimmerfussboden sah man die schlieren vom dreckigen wischwasser. So als ob man mit einem Eimer Wasser 10 Zimmer gewischt hätte. Ausserdem war das ganze Zimmer voller Fussabdrücke, wahrscheinlich vom reinigungspersonal. Das Bad war so in ortnung, natürlich schlampig geputzt. Die Tür bei der Duschkabine war ausserhalb der Duschtasse angebracht, sodas bei jedem Duschvorgang das Wasser schön auf den Badfussboden runterlief, richtung Abfluss auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite vom Bad. Boden immer schön nass. Wie kann mann sowas machen. Da fehlt es von oben herab. Im Frühstücksraum blieben beim Toaster 2 seiten von 4 Toastscheiben ungetoastet weil diese Heizwicklungen defekt waren. Wie muss man arbeiten das einem sowas egal ist? Ist das Hotel nicht in der Lage das reparieren zu lassen. Man kann sagen für Indische verhältnisse ganz akzeptabel. Gute Basis, aber sehr verbesserungsfähig mit besserer führung

The size of the room and the bathroom was great. Everything was clean. The staff was careful and the restaurant of the hotel was one of our favorite of our Indian journey (18 days and nights) We asked for a quite room and they could accomplish our request

There is nothing that I did not appreciate of this hotel. Probably the view of the room was not great but the city of Aurangabad is not a nice one. You go there just to explore Ellora and Ajanta caves and further monuments outside the city.

No funcionaba la piscina, y las habitaciones y demás instalaciones tienen falta de mantenimiento. Debió ser un hotel muy bueno cuando se inauguro, pero ahora esta envejecido.

Leider hat es am Abreisetag nicht mit unserem Lunchpaket geklappt, von der Küchencrew wusste keiner Bescheid.
