"Friendly & comfortable"

Good located for a visit to Ajanta & Ellora. Big room, hot shower and good food. Our cleaner Saresh was very friendly & helpful.

The Pool was under maintenance and unfortunately it was not mentioned when we booked the room.

"A comfortable Hotel, the staff not helpful"

I liked the breakfast and the comfort of the Hotel

The WiFi didn’t work and the Staff was not able to fix it. Later I found out myself the problem. The wife didn’t work, because VPN was active and didn’t permit login to the Hotel Network

"Poor experience, very bad and slow service"

Pathetic service this hotel has. No staff or guard to take your luggage. You are on your own. No one even at the gate to greet or help with luggage despite asking. The TV, AC don't work properly. You have to call the staff everytime and they can't fix it! So be prepared to sleep in whatever temperature the hotel sets it to. We had to sleep in 28 degrees cold! Flush is broken. Location wise and ok hotel. And that's it. Nothing else good about this hotel

Amarpreet is a nice hotel, hygiene is good and the food is also really good. They provide assistance instantly for whatever thing is asked. Over all great stay in shambhaji nagar. We will definitely stay again whenever we come back. Great service by Anand ji, sudhir ji and all his staff.
