everything about the hotel was excellent

We had good communication right from booking the property, is in a very good location. I would definately stay here again.

Hotel was certainly good and it worked well for us during our week stay. We did find it was quite noisy at night with foot traffic and being by the tram. Staff were friendly and facilities were good. Unfortunately we didn’t get to the pool because there wasn’t any sun on it for most of the days due to shade from the hotel. Very convenient location by the tram and walking distance to surfers main area. However, we do think that it looked a lot better online than it actually did (ie. cleanliness, furniture, amenities) and the shower was extremely small (my 6 foot partner didn’t fit under the shower head) which made our initial impression a bit underwhelming. Overall, happy with our stay and would recommend to others wanting to save a bit of money on accommodation.

Apartment was a bit tired and run down. Kitchen missing things like chopping board. Could provide extra towels for the pool. Some of the blinds were difficult to put up and down and some draws hard to open. However in a good location with parking included, bedrooms good size and great views.

Great accommodation

Close to everything. Tram station within a one minute walk. The one bedroom unit has partial ocean views which where lovely. Sadly, unit needs a update and some love. Staff wonderful.

Awesome Resort to stay. Has got all facilities a person needs. Everything is just close bay. Beach is just walking distance. Really central. Loved it.

Booked last minute due to issue at original accommodation but turned out to be for the better! Stunning apartment with sea view. Spotless. Modern. Utility room. Perfect. Great location. Apartment was huge! Nice living space etc with dining table, breakfast bar etc. Highly recommend

Good location, staff were friendly. Rooms need to be tidied up- curtains, walls and bedsheets were dirty.
