Amazing place to stay very spacious great views clean and tidy would definitely recommend and we would stay there again

Staff were very nice. Unfortunately the air conditioning was faulty in our room and we spent the first night freezing as maintenance couldn’t come until the next day and no spare rooms to move us until the next day. View is amazing as rooms glass 3 sides.

From the outside of the property it looks very luxurious however the apartments themselves are very tired they're clean the couches are a bit old there's no service you do have a kitchen you are very close to the beach which is exceptional and very close to the life saving club which has great meals and very affordable drinks we enjoyed our stay there however I couldn't give it a five-star rating because the units are so tired

The rooms are in need of an upgrade. Carpet and furniture was getting worn. Kitchen drawers were faulty. On the plus side the apartment got all day sun and the location was good.

How close it was to everything for meals if you want to eat out.It is only one back to the beach we had a beautiful water view and balcony. The staff were really really nice and helpful. Really clean around pool and huge BBQ and sitting area. Would love to go back again.

Great place to stay

Great room, good location, excellent service. Advice for autumn/winter travellers - ask for a north facing room. On the south side there’s not a second of direct sunlight.

Pool could of been warmer

Great location, part of Surfers but not in the middle which I like as it is walkable to all the action but a lot quieter area and a lot easier to drive in and out of .Close to beach and tram. Nice gym and pool area. We had the non ocean side but still had a reasonable view of the ocean between the buildings . Also had a beautiful river and mountain view.

Hotel was dirty and uncomfortable. Found cockroaches and pacifier left by previous occupier. Also requested for 2 queen size bed and came 1 queen and 2 single. Very suspicious why is it a four star hotel.
