Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days. It was our plan to do a lot of workout in its fitness centre and swimming. To our disappointment, the air conditioners in the fitness centre were only switched on between 11 am to 3 pm. Even when the air con were on, the room was still very warm. It is unbearable. I felt like running under the sun. The breakfast buffet was also a disappointment as not many choices of food. As a five star hotel of an international brand, I would expect more. Be that as it may, we enjoyed the room with pool access a lot. We were first given a room accessible to the slop in the middle of the swimimming pool. We asked to change the room of a better location and the staff were very nice and changed the room for us. The environment of the hotel is very tranquil.

1층 풀억세스룸 사용. 룸이 낡긴했으나 깨끗한편이었고 풀에 사람이 별로 없어서 전용으로 쓰는것 같은 느낌도 있어서 좋았습니다.

일단.. 야롱베이라는 위치가 정말 시내접근성 떨어지고.. 주변에 별게 없습니다. 마제스틱풀빌라 사용해서 룸은 만족하구요~ 직원들 엄청 친절은 하나.. 영어는 정말 못하네요.. 프론트에 영어하는 여직원 딱 1명 보았습니다.

酒店别墅的设施略显陈旧，早餐种类不是很丰富，通勤的电瓶车要凑够人才走，需要客人等待。另外明显感觉通过第三方预定的待遇和其他客人待遇不一样。

兩晚住入別墅有私人泳池， 員工服務很好。起初担心水池但原來每天都有專人清潔及檢查就放心了。 房內按摩池不錯。酒店對面有超市購物方便。早餐及晚餐的自助餐亦有水準。步行三十分鐘可到阿龍灣中心。唯一是行往沙灘不方便。整體很好會再回來住。

It would be a perfect place for family or couples to relax. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The private pool's condition is acceptable. There are staffs clearing the pool everyday. In total, I really recommend this hotel to you!
