"Wouldn't recommend"

Not much...

When they have "low capacity" the breakfast is just bagles and cereal. No hot food or even a fruit bowl. No cribs for infants Cold shower Key card didn't work Water from facet was cloudy. Couldn't use for infant bottles so had to purchase bottled water. After having already purchased bottles of water once and had billed directly to the room, the next time at 3:15am received push back about billing to my room. No ice machines on any of the floors Room for 4 people and only given 2 towels No hot water for showers

Very misleading for the price. I paid $325 for two nights and couldn’t check in until 4pm. We arrived at 3pm, were told our room was ready, but they wanted to charge $20 for the extra hour. We had a room with two queen beds, yet there were only two bath towels provided. The coffee was stale and lukewarm, and the “continental breakfast” was just cheap items—oatmeal, cereal, and muffins. The room looked like it had only been given a quick coat of paint. The large convention center felt deserted, and the bar/restaurant shown on the website wasn’t open at all. There is no actual bar or restaurant on site. The “fitness center” is just a narrow room with three machines. The place itself has a lot of potential, but until it actually offers the amenities shown online, they should charge less. Right now, you’re basically paying for a place to sleep and a cheap breakfast.

Abysmal. My wife had to travel to this area because her mother died. In the chaos, I accidentally reserved the room for her for the wrong dates. She discovered this after driving for 9 hours. I tried to get Expedia to change the reservation to the correct date but their AI tool is awful and it set up a ticket for a refund. Long story short, Expedia repeatedly insisted that they needed approval from Montcler to cancel and refund my room and claimed they made repeated contacts to Montcler for that approval and could not get a response. When I contacted Montcler several times to ask them to make this approval to Expedia, they provided no assistance at all, claiming Expedia had to handle the issue. The end result was that both Expedia and Montcler stonewalled until the errant reservation date passed and I was billed for the accidental booking that I didn't use. On top of that, my wife stayed there on the correct nights, and they assigned her to a room that had not been cleaned or serviced since the previous guest. Do not stay here. If there is a problem with your reservation, you will not get help. They will take your money and give you the finger.

"I would never recommend!"

Convenient location to the wake I was attending

It was nothing like what was advertised. The food was awful and in unsanitary conditions, The toilets were dirty and they were very understaffed and in our room there was something spilt, and I had to use a garbage can to cover it so we didn’t step on it .

"The Most triflin property I ever see"

The worst hotel I ever stayed at. It smelled, rooms wasn't clean, no visible ice machine, no real breakfast hot or continental. Infested with ants or termites. Two outta the three rooms was switched rooms altho they was a lil decent they still needed hella work. We only stayed one night out of the 3 we booked and paid for now we're fighting to get our money back for the other nights we didn't stay. Hotel.com and Wyndham should be ashame of their self for even attaching their name, having any type of relationship, or suggestions anyone to stay there. I don't care if their name attachments is a franchise. Y'all should have someone in the field doing random stays to make sure these properties are to yall standards. This place was a disgrace and we want our money back for the other two nights that we didn't stay. We booked 4 rooms stayed in 3 for one night and might I add I only seen us(my Family) the only guess I the entire time. The town seems like such a deserted area we really didn't feel safe looking for another hotel that night so we waited til early morning. I called my son and told him to cancel his room don't even pull up here. We outta here. We found another hotel in Morris Ill. You companies have to do better. We trust that yall are doing yall jobs since yall are referring these properties. It's like yall helping them steal/rob us when yall avouch for property like these. I only went there because your site suggested it and because it was under Wyndham.

Just the staff

Hot in the hallway, no coffee at 7:30 in the morning, no milk, and breakfast was just potatoes and pancakes, there were no options, I wanted to rest and there was a lot of noise, children running through the hallway and at night people in the backyard very loud! The bathroom had some dirt stains and the carpet was very dirty. My room was 237

The facility met our basic needs. Unfortunately the restaurant is now closed, so no food services availale, no morning breakfast, they don't even have ice machines available. The other down side is the facility does not have ducted air conditioning so the lobby and the hallways are warm and uncomfortable.
