The Montcler Hotel - Redberri Luxury Collection

Was really excited when they called 4 hours before we arrived to ask if we needed anything and asked what temperature we wanted the room..Also tvs worked great and room was very clean props to housekeepers.

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean room with everything we needed. Easy check-in process. Key worked every time. Free parking by the hotel. Coffee was good and always available for free.

The only thing we didn't like was the free breakfast. It lacked options like yogurt and sweets. The hot items were not very good.

Unique ecofriendly hotel with lots of updates and Wyndham green level 5 certification - highest eco-friendly rating from Wyndham. Impressed with hallway motion sensor lights, guest room with climate control and several unique features. Recently renovated hotel.

Large, hotel and conference center. Room was fine, but had issues with a lack of hot water which was fixed. Little things such as square pillows and no coffee packs for the in-room coffee machine kinda made the overall experience so, so. I did however thoroughly love the Edith Farnsworth House

The entire staff was very polite and helpful.

Key card wasn’t working we sat outside our room for 30 mins trying to find a manager because no one was at the front desk. The remote had dirt stuck in the plastic. Gotta use the key card to cut the light on . The hot water took 20 mins to get hot. The dry towel had stains on them.

Due to Beyoncé concert in Chicago, only place to find a room due to flight cancellation…short stay AND they came through!!!

It was very clean simple decor was very large. The room was nice and clean. Bed comfortable. I would stay there again and recommend it.
