"Terrible stay"

They charged me three times. Had to takes cold shower standing in a foot of cold water because drain was clogged.

Loved that there was grab bars in the shower tub. Disappointed that the hot tub was closed, and the pool water was cold.

The fact that we didn’t have towels, the pool cut my children’s feet, housekeeping did a horrible job cleaning (if they cleaned at all)

It’s absolutely beautiful as you walk in and the lobby is perfect

Everything seemed closed and the bar wasn’t open. Everything had notes on it not to open the doors because it was closed. We didn’t have hot water in the shower and were unable to shower in the morning.
