Great views from the deck

During our stay we found some things to be not as clean as we would hope. The sheets had makeup on them, that made us not want to sleep in the bed. Also the shower did not look like it was cleaned properly.

Great location Didn’t know at first where to check in The bedding did not fit the bed Sheets wouldn’t stretch to fit the bed and pillows not grear but everything else was really good

No one ever returned my questions on website. Booking.com had wrong number on information. No information on checking procedures. Late getting our room. Horrible communication by Fraser Crossing their phone number makes you listen to 3 commercials and then to get leave a message. Booking.com communication was equally poor and unacceptable. Fire pit didn’t work, management totally absent and unengaged.

Convenient online checkin and checkout

Great customer service. Check in was easy and efficient. Wonderful communication. Rooms clean and nice and had everything you would need. No AC, but it's not always as hot as it's been. Opened windows and room had fans. Would stay here again and also recommend for families, couples. Anyone. Good location.

Very nice property

Located near the base of Winterpark ski resort and only 3 miles from Fraser, where most restaurants and shopping are. Easy underground parking. Our studio condo room was decent, about the size of a nice hotel room. The condos are privately owned, I believe, and the owner of our room (4567) probably should have replaced the mattress 10 years ago! Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on in a hotel room or rental. I sagged into it as if in a hammock.

Somethings are too good to be true. This property is highly over rated. We came to ride Trestle bike park for a third year in a row. We were excited by the lower price point for this place compared to renting a cabin, camping or staying in a nicer hotel. Don’t be fooled, you’re renting someone else’s condo and better off camping in a tent. (With good gear) The unit we were given, the bed was rock hard like sleeping on cardboard. The walls, paper thin. We could hear the neighbor guests on the phone talking, fighting with their kids, every door latch opening or close, every knock around you, every toilet flush. And more! No a/c either! We thought we found a good deal, I’d rather pay hundreds more to stay elsewhere or camp in a tent. I only slept 4.5 hours in 2 days because of the above. it was my birthday bike trip to ride bikes at trestle, the top 3 bike parks in North America. Next year I’d rather go camping or rent a full house like I’ve done in years past. This place was not as it was marketed as. I had no idea I was renting someone else’s not great condo. I recommend Gravity Haus, the a-frame club and many other properties I’ve stayed at in winter park for bike trips over this property. Or even camping over this place. I’ve done all the above and beyond. I’ll return to trestle/winter park a few times this year, but I refuse to stay here again.
