All was as per expectation

Das Hotel war wirklich phantastisch. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut, komfortabel und sauber. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren außergewöhnlich gut. Aber ein Hotel steht und fällt mit dem Personal. Und das Hotel Personal war großartig. Man hat mir einen Ausflug nach Agra organisiert, was hervorragend geklappt hat. Das Team um Manager Pradeep ist wirklich toll. Sie haben mir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bereitet. Mein besonderer Dank gilt dem Hotelmanager Pradeep, dem man anmerkt, dass er für seinen Beruf lebt. Und er nimmt sich Zeit für den Gast, was ich sehr schätze! Ich werde wiederkommen, wenn ich in Delhi bin!

i have been visiting the Hotel since past 5 years plus. it’s always been an enjoyable experience added by lovely food. The staff is courteous and polite. look forward to going back again

I had two 90 minute massages here, the Crowne Signature Massage and the Ayurvedic Shiroabhyangam. In both cases, my masseuse was Within, who was wonderful. She was always attentive to whether the pressure was okay, and she was highly skilled at giving the massages. The ambiance in the room was very nice and there was a fabulous shower within the room to use to wash off the oils. I would highly recommend both this place and Within.
