All the staff is very attentive a very kind. The breakfast is sooooooo goood! And chef Aliza came to suggest her pastries, I tried the croissant, as French I had high expectations on this, and I was very surprised, I enjoyed it and went to take a second one. Thank you!

The prices for laundry is too high. A bag of laundry was priced at 8000 rupees. I was willing to pay 1000 but no more. I contacted a company few meters away. They came to the hotel and did it for 400 rupees.

"Amazing Hospitality and staff"

We went to crowne plaza to attend one family function and the hotel is beautiful and so is the banquet. The food was amazing and the staff was super polite and helpful. I want to mention about Kiran from guest relations team. She was very kind and helpful and assisted us during the event. She helped me to give a space for baby feeding and that was her kind behaviour and helpful nature. We will recommend this hotel to other and will come back again to crowne plaza for lovely hospitality. Thank you
