They had such a helpful and positive attitude, making sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend staying here!

This was an amazing experience from the room service, to the food I give this hotel 5 stars! Some notable names Dipak, Uday, Ghine, John and I’m sorry to leave out anyone else cause they were all very nice and accommodating.

It was a nice trip to here with friends. Welcoming staffs and the concierge desk help us with Agra trip, even though if didnt book the cab from them. But they helped us with the ola booking as we are not familiar with hindi language they helped us. Especially Pradeep and Deepak Breakfast was having nice spread, the staffs were very friendly especially Tanmoy, Vinay ( Im not sure about the name )The girl who is standing at the desk she was very warm in welcoming ; sorry i am not remembering her name (hostess) The room was having good view, night time especially the city feels welcoming. Check in and checkout was smooth. Also like to mention Neha, penzom, Shaun. They offered welcome drink it was nice actually first time i tried some sort of luke warm drink kind of spices black tea. Thanks for making our trip memorable

A special mention to Neha from the staff, who always goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She made our check-in process smooth and effortless, which was especially appreciated after a long day of travel. This time, she added such a thoughtful personal touch - surprising me with a cake in the room. It was such a sweet gesture and truly made my day extra special.
