Improve on cleaning the establishment

It was decently clean. However the parking lot is attached to 2 other hotels. The side door we went in didn’t close all the way so anyone could get in. The “breakfast” consisted of like 2 things. They guy said they were out and they didn’t get a truck. We were told to walk to the next hotel over for coffee.

Reception guy was very friendly. Breakfast is good dorn

They didn’t have a room ready for me, even though I had reserved and prepaid on February 9th and had the confirmation and receipt. They left to go to the next door property to work it out and took more than 15 minutes to do so. Finally, they got me a room. The property is very run down. We couldn’t even get the tv to work, just static. We were planning on doing laundry at the facility since we’d been on the road more than a week. We couldn’t even do that because the soap dispenser was out of order. I would not recommend and will not be returning.

Room 226 AC didn’t work really and it was 100 degrees all day. They was someone’s shirt in our bed. They was hair in the bathroom shower on the wall and the refrigerator was broken 1 towel for 4 people. Worst experience I have ever had at any hotel out of thousands. I want my money back

Clean and friendly staff

Check in process was easy and simple. I just didn't like being on 5th floor....lol. That's no fault of the hotel. I understand it was based on the necessary accomodations I needed.

The hotel looked like it was being closed for renovations and was not being maintained or staffed. The staff was always at the motel next door and had to be called back to this hotel when we had a question. The continental breakfast was plain toast with no toppings and tiny packages of Raisin Brand cereal. Nothing else to eat and nothing to drink. No plates either. The “included pool” was at the motel next door. So were all the working ice machines. The elevator service inspection certificate was 2 years out of date. The lobby and the hallways all smelled very strongly of marijuana.

The hotel was great! Awesome accommodations and the room was just what we needed. We are looking forward to staying here in the future!

The room smelled like sweaty dirty feet and was very humid. The cooling barely worked and the bathroom was dirty and falling apart. The breakfast was ok but still even sawdust tastes better. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL.
