It was not what I expected to be .

Check in staff had horrible attitude. And he couldnt figure out how to access the expedia credit card to use the payment i made. First 2 keys he gave us didnt work. Whole hotel was hot woth no ac. The room ac was very loud and took forever to cool the room down.

When we got there, the key wouldn't work, so she gave us the room next door. No closet, or place to hand my clothes. I needed an iron, board was in the room. Needed a blow dryer, nothing in the room. Was told by a male attendant I could use the one in another room. After he laughed because I said there is supposed to be one as an amenity. He said "we are remodeling"! The shower curtain rod was a safety hazard! Hanging out of the wall! I found a couple of milipedes crawling around the floor, but the attendant said "yes, they are everywhere now!" There were stained towels, and the cover of the bed also had stains on them. Room's smell of stale cigarettes and who knows what else! One of the lady's working there was very nice, and we found her next door at The Red Roof Inn, our son got a room there for one night. We should have got a room there! You cannot tell by the pictures how the room is going to be. Whomever writes these things up for the consumer to go by, doesn't tell the truth! I really should have asked for my money back. They should probably be checked up on by the health department in the area.

The building is not well maintained. The staff was freindly and helpful. No one at the front desk. If you need to stay by Ft. Eustis it is extremely close.

only had issues with TV reassigned room, door lock striker broken. electrial cords dazy chained power strips. no on at the front desk, on paper in the printer , i used a scrap piece to print airline ticket.

Breakfast was not good, food were cold. This is the second time we have stayed at this location, and both times the next fallowing day our room hasn't been cleaned and no new towels of any kind had been replaced. We will not stay here again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

The hallways smelt funky, there was hair in the bathroom shower that was not mine, and the cleanliness all around was just absolutely terrible. Would not stay there again.

While this property was convenient and affordable, you get what you pay for. I really wanted to like it because our checkin was great and the hotel staff were friendly. This was our second time staying here, and both times, the air quality of the heater was poor and the room was not clean. It looked like there had been things spilled on the floor with no attempt to clean. The motion-sensor light in the bathroom was also not ideal. The treadmill and the bike in the workout room did not work. The outdated rooms didn’t bother me as much, and the beds were comfortable.
