"Very noisy and staff was ineffective on resolving my issues."

Room quality was poor. My room door had a gap so it was very noisy. The windows are terrible as they also did not filter out any street noise. I asked staff to change rooms and it was noted. When I returned, the new staff had no note of the change and said we're all filled up! I will never stay at this location again and I am concerned that all Holiday Inn properties are very "cheaply" built and maintained.

People where Very Friendly. Clean rooms & hotel areas. Parking lot well lighted & located near shopping & dinning areas. Disliked; pool was stated to be heated but still cold. No connectional breakfast, but did have dinning & bar on site

You might want to invest in some quality chairs for the desk. The chair in my room was in such bad shape I thought i was going to fall through it. Also consider more programming for the television. There was not much of a variety. A the $50.00 security for damage is sending the wrong message donโ€™t you think?
