Holiday Inn Battle Creek by IHG

The room was a very nice room. Looked very elegant and very spacious.The bed was very comfortable.

The hot tub jets did not work. The fireplace did not light up or anything. The cable was very spotty.

Room supposed to came with the fireplace. It did not work. They had to come in replace a fire detective. The elevator stopped working after a rainy storm water all in the hotel lobby. Rroms was booked kids out in the hallway playing All Night. So we could not change rooms

Rooms were clean, and staff very friendly and helpful. Although the gym was never cleaned and when we went to use it was a messy from kids using it. Was also told our cars may be broken into as the hotel is full and it has happened in the past.

Room ceiling was cracked and stained from water damage. The beds were too small for two taller people . Price for the room was too high, didn’t include breakfast

Expedia gotta do better with being honest about the pricing. Telling us the price changed by close to $20 increase after we agreed and click pay if unacceptable.
