"Nice staff but silly I can't have enough light in the bathroom. I guess I should bring my own bulbs"

Did not get breakfast.

60 watt lightbulbs in the bathroom. Can't see. I was told that was IHG's standard. That is awful. Towel rack was in the shower itself.

Warning they will charge your card morning of. And if they cant reach you they will cancel your reservations. They Overbooked their hotel Breakfast is extra! Kids Event trip price was trippled because of the event. Hotel is not quality enough to be that price. Hallway carpets were duct taped. Only 1 elevator worked. Stairs only lead to outside. Rooms were clean. But missing towels and they didnt have enough extra towels and blankets because hotel was full
