Employees were very friendly, my check-in was fast and easy.

I chose to pay at the hotel instead of paying in advance, and the hotel did not respect the room rate the hotels.con had told me I was supposed to pay. They overcharged me almost $30. I called Hotels.com to report this and get a refund, I’m still waiting a response.

It was very cloae to the venue of event we were in town to attend

FYI This Is The ONLY Hotel Near Roma TX, Only Reason We Stay Here... check In Was At 3PM, We Arrived At 3:45PM And Our Room Wasnt Ready... Hadnt Even Begun To Get Cleaned So Had To Go Back DownStairs To Get A Different Room... Would Have Been Nice To Know Before Unloading Our Stuff From The Truck With 4 Kids, 3 Whom Are Autistic. After A 7 Hour Drive All We Needed Was To Use The Restroom Comfortably. Well That Didnt Happen Since I Had To Rush Back Downstairs And Get A Different Room. Room We Were Provided Wasnt Even Cleaned Thoroughly. HIGHLY Disappointing, As I Spent Another 30 Min To 1 Hour RECLEANING The Room Before Allowing My Kids Touch Anything!!

Everybody there from the reception is to the cooks for the continental breakfast and the security were amazing, They all went over and beyond on customer services 👏 Hands up to the security guards that would call us when our mentally ill family member would go out thank you so much you are an amazing soul.

Horrible experience with this hotel!! Called months in advance back in February 2020, visited the property to be able to acquire around 20 room block for my wedding that was taking place Nov 20. 2020. Asked to speak to the general manager I never received a call back even when I left my business card. Booked my rooms on my own months in advance told the rest of my family to do the same, reserving about 20 rooms at full price. Today my whole family and friends got calls from the general manger Eloisa that they canceled all my rooms. Without giving any apology or sense of direction in what to do next or where to go. We are 1 month and 20 days before my wedding with no rooms reserved and no help from this hotel! Very unprofessional! To all future wedding groups do not book this hotel! They do not care about you or your group!
