Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Livermore by IHG

No me gustó nada. Las fotos de internet nada que ver al hotel en sí. Si viajas con familia te recomiendo que busques otra opción.

La localidad no es segura. Las instalaciones no son cómodas. Estaba sucio, nos encontramos unos calzones debajo de la cómoda. No había jabón de manos, las camas on muy pequeñas e incómodas. La TV no servía, la ventana esta vieja y averiada.

While I was there, for the second year in a row, multiple work trucks were broken into and their tools were taken, this happened on Tuesday and Wednesday night. 2 nights back to back and also last year when I stayed. Even though they were not my trucks, I feel that Holoday in and the state of California should be doing something to protect the contractors doing work in the area.

After checking in Less than 1 hour we got an Emergency phone call from our kid that he was locked out of the house and so we had gone down to the check in desk and explained our situation and asked for a refund for our stay…Was told since it was “Passed check in time” That we would still be CHARGED full rate. WILL NOT USE HOLIDAY INN EVER AGAIN!!!!

Breakfast was good. Staff were all terrific, especially Mylene. Front desk clerk Brody is an exceptional young man, which is hard to find in today’s youth population. The Filipina manager was great and truly concerned about my stay.

Upon check out I chatted with a gentleman who claimed his bedsheets were not changed and even had pee on the sheets so he was checking into another hotel. Though I was disgusted to hear this, I told him “IT CAN HAPPEN AT ANY HOTEL.” Even with this disgusting comment, I will still consider HIG because the staff, breakfast, etc more than makes up for it.
