Staff welcoming and helpful, allowed early check in and a room with accessible bathroom on request - much appreciated. Rooms quiet, comfy bed, excellent pool , sauna spapool facilities - small gym but good.

"Fabulous Central location"

Close proximity to the railway station was perfect ๐Ÿ‘Œ A request for Help with getting the Heater working effectively came very quickly after contacting reception. Extremely grateful for that.

The lift doors tended to shut a bit quicker than normal so that caused a few problems. Luckily we got used to it eventually.

Showers were cold, no running hot water. The heat pump in the room was making noises which kept me up most of the night.

"Was okay for value. Had the tv and aircon worked it would have been amazing"

The breakfast was great. The staff were great and the bed was super comfy

The TV stopped working all together for about an hour while we were watching it. The air con was set to heating and was blowing cold the entire time plus the screen on the air con remote was not working so we couldnt adjust the temperature and had to turn it off all together because the room was freezing.

Friendly welcoming staff, great location, room was well fitted out, clean and quiet. The cost (we booked very last minute when our flight got cancelled) was fair.

Nothing. It was a great room for the price and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
