"Not worth the money"

Location was good lovely restaurant on site

Carpet in the rooms old and drained. Bathroom needs new grouting mould removed cleaned properly. Toilet paper horrid. Last day cleaner was good

We arrived off the ferry to be told there was no parking available. Had to park at train station and walk from there in the pouring rain. There was no hot water in the shower, Tried room service and got no answer. Finally got through to be told food we wanted wasn't available. The toilet seat was dangerously loose, The fridge ice box lid kept falling off. The handbasin waste doesn't drain properly. The heating leaves a lot to be desired. After staying here many times we have decided we won't be again and will find alternative accommodation with better service/facilities.

Its location

We were there for 2 nts Ist night water in basin was brown. Second night, we had no hot water for showers. I understand the hotel had a problem with its boiler but that was annoying.

"Disappointing , insulting price for value"

Location

Had a twin double room, booked another king room so they moved the double to the king accessible until not the best room with no credit, went downstairs for dinner and broccoli completely not edible after a 45 minute wait . Found two empty packets of food behind the chair with someoneโ€™s personal details on it. Aircon was like a plane taking off and then luckily dressed as had a man clearly staff of hotel barge straight into my room at 8.40 in the morning. Not usually one to complain at all however for the price needed to voice. Esp given this has been the worst night for the past week staying in motels No photos as we have checked out and feel not knowing cannot be rectified
