The air conditioner/heating unit was too loud. I made a 3 AM call to the front desk. Only thing they could do was move us in by the time. By this time, it was too late, to move for me to wind down to relax.

Breakfast was okay but the food needed to be warmer. My omelet & turkey sausage were barely warm. Overall, there were plenty of food options and the decaf coffee was the very good.

Warmer food

Unclean bathroom with hair on floor, sink, and in the shower. Lack of sufficient parking. Many parking spots spots blocked by large storage containers.

Jack at the front desk was pleasant.

The place was torn apart with remodeling construction. No discount was offered because of the construction. The electrical outlet on bathrooms did not work. Plus, most of the electrical outlets had been installed upside down.

Breakfast was average at best. Your signature rolls were out. Not up to what I am used to at Holiday Inn express.

Rooms were under construction or remodel. Rates during this time were extremely high. One bench outside that everybody fought for. Once again, not a typical Holiday Inn express experience when I arrived at the hotel, my credit card was already charged before. I stepped foot into the hotel. Asked for that card to be refunded and put on a different one, front desk man said oh that’s hard. It’s on a debit card it’ll take 5 to 7 days before you’ll see that cash. Kind of force me to keep it there. TV in the room didn’t work. Hotel under construction. Rates were at least double what I’m typically paying at a nice Holiday Inn express.
