When arrived the night clerk, instead of coming up to the counter to greet her guest, didn't move her desk. The floor in the room was not clean. Red spots on floor looked like someone walked across the floor with a leaky takeout container. At least that's what I hoped. The fridge was clean, but the freezer had a dirty frozen puddle in it.

Hot breakfast was far from hot. Pre- made frozen omelets, sausage patties and seasoned diced potatoes; all were not properly heated thoroughly. The potatoes were still cold and hard in the middle. The sausage patties and eggs were room temperature at best. The food warmers were not even turned on.

Bathroom sink slow drain, the room fan didn’t run (heat and ac were fine), and the remotes for TV didn’t work well. These things would not prevent me from staying again. It was
