Holiday Inn Express Mount Pleasant- Scottdale by IHG

I come out every year for the big slingshot tournament and my stay at the Holiday Inn is always great.

The room smelled of wet. Would not go back. Staff was excellent.

The rooms were quiet, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.

Generally clean enough and some recent updates such as the carpet in the hallways. Room was large, bed was comfortable. Very good towels.

Tub and shower looked a bit worn out and shower curtain smelled like mildew and did not look very clean.

I’m so mad! We have been here three nights and we asked two people for our room to be cleaned… new bedding, bathroom etc. we came back and none of it is done…. Changed the bedding ourselves! Not impressed at all. Worst experience ever Mt pleasant Pennsylvania

I reserved a 2-Queen room. When I arrived, they told me they don’t have any 2-Queen rooms. What use is there in reserving something specific? Very disappointing.

Blinds were off the window so when it was time to sleep we had to move rooms. We were here with family with rooms next door to each other and now we had to move to a whole new floor apart from each other.

The breakfast was unusually complete for an included hotel breakfast (with hot entrees). The room was clean and had everything necessary.

Too much plastic. I am worried about microplastics and would much prefer reusable cups, plates, and cutlery.
