I’ve stayed here multiple times. The rooms are always very clean and the staff are extremely nice. It’s right off the highway buts sits back far enough that it’s quiet. The hotel is located right down the road from Kent university and close to shopping and a lot of restaurants. I’ve never had a bad experience!

The room was very clean! The breakfast was nice and the staff is very pleasant. The pool could have been cleaner but my son was happy to splash away before bedtime.

This Holiday Inn Express was a solid property. Clean, relatively comfortable, convenient. The room was a little difficult to navigate in my wheelchair and the bed was too high for me to sleep in it. I slept on the couch. Above average stay.
