Misty Hills Country Hotel

it was a very nice place, very clean and comfy and also the staff was very helpful and friendly

We had a warm welcome! Feel at home in the clean, well equipped room. The gardens give the feeling of being in a forest - mile away from civilization! Breakfast was great and supper at the Carnivores Restaurant is a must.

so relaxing, feeling the real difference of being in the countryside. it's the hotel in the bush with the natural vegitation. Very cool stuff.

This was the best stay & service ive had in a very long time. This place is awesome.

This was my first vist to Johannesburg and I statyed at this hotel basEd upon the reviews I read. On the whole it was a good experience and it is in lovely surroundings with African decor in the room. I went in winter and though they provide an eleectric heather I did not find it very effective and had to ask for more blankets - I had 5 on my bed! Breakfast is decent but it is the same food almost daily and a bit of variety would be nice. TV channels could do with som tuning and be more up to date though I was not there to watch TV. Carinovore reaturant is good for any meat lover - go there hungry! The hotel is a bit out of the way from central Jihanesesburg and though it is in a peacful location it is more expensive in terms of travelling to central Johanesesburg and the airpirt but I would stay at this hotel again.

we loved Misty Hills for a quite and relaxing 2 day spa holiday.We got a free upgrade and liked the room.the resort was nice and the restaurant quality ok.

Noce place to stay in SA if you are on vacation possibly. Very friendly staff, great feel!

Basically this hotel is a mini-Paradise. The rooms, their surrounds, the swimming pool, the restaurant and bar services, the staff - all perfect. The Carnivore restaurant in the hotel grounds, is great fun and reasonably priced. We can't wait to go again.

THIS LARGE HOTEL / MEETING FACILITY IS IN A PLEASANT TROPICAL SETTING. THE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. IT CAN BE VERY EASY TO GET LOST AT THIS LOCATION. THE SPA ON THE PROPERTY SHOULD NOT BE MISSED (ENDULGE). BREAKFAST IS WONDERFUL. CARNIVORE RESTAURANT WAS TERRIBLE.
